Let’s walk this Little Way together
Every journey starts with a free consultation. Send me a note and I’ll reach out to find a time that works for you.
Thank you, mama!
Your note is on its way. I’ll be in touch within two days to set up your free consultation.

Things mothers often ask
What does a doula actually do?
A doula offers continuous emotional, physical, and informational support through pregnancy, labor, and the first weeks postpartum. I help with comfort measures, help you understand your options, and stay by your side so you never feel alone. I don’t perform medical tasks; I work alongside your doctor or midwife.
How is a doula different from a midwife?
A midwife is a medical provider who is responsible for the health of you and your baby. A doula is a non-medical companion focused entirely on your comfort, peace, and confidence. Many mothers have both.
When should I book?
Many mothers reach out during the second trimester, which leaves plenty of time for prenatal visits. But it’s never too early or too late. Send me a note whenever you’re ready and we’ll see what fits.
Where do you attend births?
I support mothers in hospitals and birth centers throughout Charlotte, Lake Norman, and the surrounding area. I also attend home births when a midwife is attending as well, since I’m not a medical provider.
Do I need to be Catholic to work with you?
Not at all. My faith shapes how I care for mothers, but every mother is welcome here, whatever her beliefs. Know that you are in my prayers throughout every step of your Little Way!
What happens at the free consultation?
We’ll talk about your pregnancy, your hopes for this birth, and what kind of support would help most. It’s a no-pressure conversation so we can see whether we’re a good fit.
How does payment work?
Payment comes in two parts. A retainer of half your package price reserves my availability and is due when you book. The remaining balance is due at 36 weeks. The retainer is non-refundable unless I have to step away from your care. I accept Zelle, check, or cash.
